At Fatfield Academy, we are committed to educating our whole school community about racism, equality and inclusion.

As part of our work with Show Racism the Red Card, we have:

• Delivered anti-racism training for all staff to ensure we continue to promote an inclusive and respectful school culture.
• Held a whole-school assembly to raise awareness of racism, challenge stereotypes and reinforce our values of kindness and respect.
• Provided interactive Show Racism the Red Card workshops for all Key Stage 2 pupils, helping children to understand the impact of racism, celebrate diversity and recognise how they can make a positive difference.

These opportunities complement our PSHE, RSHE, RE and wider curriculum, ensuring that children develop the knowledge, understanding and confidence to challenge discrimination and become respectful, responsible citizens.
